Refund Policy

An item is only eligible for return within 14 calendar days of receiving your shipment
In original condition
Items must not be worn, used or tampered with and must be placed into their original packing
Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit
Please note that the return process must be completed within 7 days after approval or the return is no longer valid
Glow by Leslie Boutique reserves the right to deny a refund if items are not received within a reasonable time frame after creating an RMA#
We do not do exchanges of any kind (unless your item arrives damaged). You will have to place a new order with the correct items and you may return the items that were incorrect for a refund
Promotional items, Clearance items, Holiday items & Customized items are non-returnable
There are no charges for returns as long as a Refund Merchandise Approval # is approved and items are shipped back in original packaging condition
Original shipping charges are not refundable
You are responsible for return shipping items
Items that are returned not following the instructions listed above or without a RMA # approved will be charged a 20% restocking fee
To start a return contact us and you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
if you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied in original method of payment, within 10 business days.

CLEARANCE ITEMS
All items purchased "On Clearance" are not eligible for returns and are considered Final Sales.
